The Mission

A holistic approach to the position

Quarterback is the most demanding position in sports, and the players who thrive at it are built on far more than mechanics and reps. My mission is to develop the whole quarterback: a body that can execute, a mind that processes the game before the snap, and the emotional maturity to lead when things go wrong.

I've been through this process as a recruited prospect, a Division I quarterback, and a lifelong student of the position. I had coaches, teammates, and mentors who helped me answer the hard questions along the way, and this program is my way of passing that forward. It's built to change the person, not just the player.

Physical Training

Footwork, throwing mechanics, arm care, and athletic development built around each athlete’s frame and current level of play. The goal is a repeatable, efficient motion and a body that holds up over a long season, not a one-size-fits-all system.

Mental Game

Film study, defensive recognition, and decision-making speed. We work on how to actually watch film in season, how to prepare with detail in practice, and how to process the game before the snap even happens.

Recruiting & NIL

Straight talk on a process most families only go through once. I help athletes build a real highlight profile, market themselves to the right programs, and navigate NIL, from a player who has been through it.

Emotional Intelligence

Quarterback is a position of constant highs and lows. We work on composure after mistakes, staying level under pressure, and becoming the teammate and leader others want to follow.
